Anyone whose team spends time moving information between screens: operations, finance, admin and IT teams, and partners who build automations for clients.
Is there a fee?
No. The training is free, including all three days and 9 hours of live sessions. You just need to register for the session you want to join.
Is it live?
Yes. Every session is taught live online by two trainers: one leads the session and demonstrates each topic, while the other answers your questions in the Q&A as you go.
Which session should I join?
Pick your country in the session finder and we'll show all three sessions in your local time, with the best fit highlighted. The APAC & ANZ and India & EMEA sessions are on Nov 16–18; the Americas session is on Nov 23–25. All three cover the same agenda.
Do I need to know how to code?
No, you don't need any coding experience. You build bots visually in the Flow Builder by choosing and arranging ready-made actions. On Day 3 we also show how to add a custom action in Deluge, Zoho's scripting language, for rules of your own. It's a useful extra, not a requirement for the training.
What will I need on the day?
A computer and an internet connection. We recommend a Windows computer, since Windows supports every type of automation action covered in the training, including desktop app automation. The RPA agent can also be installed on Mac and Linux, and the live setup demo uses Windows.
